Ho Chi Minh City, 21 August 2025 – Audemars Piguet, in partnership with S&S Group, celebrated its 150th anniversary with an exclusive event at Union Square Shopping Center, honoring a century and a half of innovation and excellence in fine watchmaking rooted in the legendary Vallée de Joux.

Union Square was chosen not only for its symbolic significance as the home of Audemars Piguet’s first boutique in Vietnam, but also as a venue that seamlessly bridges heritage and modernity – a fitting tribute to the brand’s enduring legacy.

Drawing inspiration from the acclaimed international exhibition “House of Wonders,” the event led guests on an immersive sensory journey through the brand’s extraordinary history. The façade of Union Square was reimagined to reflect the original Le Brassus workshop of 1907, the birthplace of Haute Horlogerie, while lush greenery evoked the spirit of the Vallée de Joux, where some of the brand’s most iconic timepieces were born.

Upon entering, guests were immersed in a space that paid tribute to the brand’s origins. At the “Table of Origins,” significant milestones and iconic timepieces were presented alongside technical sketches and handwritten notes from early artisans, narrating the story of an icon born in a snow-covered valley where creativity and innovation sparked the art of watchmaking.

Adjacent to this, the “Watchmaking” area offered an intimate look at the craftsmanship behind each creation, with a master artisan demonstrating the precision and artistry that define Audemars Piguet. Guests were also treated to an exclusive showcase of the brand’s latest timepieces, unveiled especially to mark this historic occasion.

The evening began on an evocative note with a moving violin performance by artist Hồng Hà, gracefully intertwined with the refined choreography of dancer Đỗ Hải Yến, setting an elegant and poetic tone for the heritage journey ahead.

The journey continued to the upper level under the theme “The Beat Goes On,” where guests were guided through a dreamlike pine forest – a poetic symbol of time, heritage, and unending creativity. Here, the night sky of the Vallée de Joux came alive through deep aventurine blue dials, offering a glimpse into Audemars Piguet’s mastery of grand complications, from perpetual calendars to chiming mechanisms and chronographs.

A key moment of the evening was the toast and address delivered by the representative of S&S Group, the exclusive distributor of Audemars Piguet in Vietnam, who expressed heartfelt appreciation to the clients and partners whose trust and support have been instrumental to the brand’s journey. The celebration then reached its crescendo with dynamic performances by DJ 2pillz, singer Thể Thiên, and artist Kimmese.
