S&S Automotive has officially assumed responsibility for Aston Martin authorized after-sales services in Vietnam, marking a new milestone in its ongoing efforts to further enhance the ownership experience for Aston Martin owners nationwide.
The transition ensures continuity across all key after-sales services, including maintenance, repairs, warranty support, and genuine parts supply, enabling customers to continue accessing Aston Martin’s global service ecosystem throughout their ownership journey.

The Aston Martin after-sales operation in Vietnam is delivered in accordance with the brand’s global technical and operational standards, encompassing a comprehensive range of services including scheduled maintenance, vehicle diagnostics, mechanical and electrical repairs, software updates, warranty support, and the supply of genuine parts and accessories. All procedures are carried out using Aston Martin-approved equipment, tools, and technologies to help maintain the performance, safety, and authenticity of every Aston Martin vehicle in line with the manufacturer’s requirements.
Alongside investments in technology and facilities, S&S Automotive places a strong emphasis on developing the expertise of its technicians and service advisors through Aston Martin’s training and certification programmes. Supported by direct connectivity with the brand’s global technical network, the Vietnam-based team receives regular updates on the latest procedures, technologies, and operating standards. To mark the official launch of Aston Martin after-sales services in Vietnam, S&S Automotive is also introducing the Aston Martin Welcome Care Programme, designed as a welcome initiative for the local Aston Martin ownership community. Created to provide a first experience of authorised Aston Martin servicing for customers visiting S&S Automotive for the first time, the programme includes a comprehensive vehicle health check conducted in accordance with Aston Martin standards, scheduled vehicle collection and delivery services, exterior and interior detailing, as well as a one-to-one consultation with a Service Advisor to establish a tailored care plan for each vehicle.
